What can I do about my shockwave which won't play?

If you are referring to Adobe Shockwave, then quit Shockwave and wait approximately 10 seconds. Reopen Shockwave and under the edit menu at the top, go down to to clear recent cache. This worked for me, and i hope it works for you. Although I might have a different version.

Make sure that plugins are turned on in your browser and no extensions are blocking Shockwave content. Then reinstall the latest version of the Shockwave plugin and try again.

If your Shockwave player won't play video or audio, you should reinstall the plugin. Usually this corrects the issue. Either that or reformat your harddrive.

Have you tried re-installing it? or maybe the version you are trying to install is not compatible. What you can do is google what version is appropriate and install.

Beat the thing until it breaks and then go buy a new one. Or go get an Ipad, pod, whatever.

You may be out of luck. It depends on the operating system you use on your computer. Try going to shockwave's website and updating your current version or download the newest version.

You can contact the company and send it back. They will either fix it or give you a new one depending on the age of the product.
