Make sure the bathroom is well ventilated before you begin to clean. Mix equal parts of chlorine bleach and water along with 20 drops of Tea Tree essential oil. Spray it on the ceiling, shower, floor, and sink. Then scrub with a stiff brush, and rinse off with warm water.

I have had this problem in the past with my bathroom as well. It was because I didnt have a fan or any kind of ventilation in the bathroom. When taking a shower, you need to run the bathroom fan or keep a window open. The best thing I used was Tilex Mold and Mildew, it worked great.

Spay a mixture of bleach and water on the ceiling and let sit , then paint with a primer to help with further mold. Also installing a vent fan will help.

The first thing you will want to do is to remove any mold that is on your bathroom ceiling. Consider purchasing any one of a number of commercial mold or mildew removers and clean the ceiling until it is completely free of any mold or mildew.

It is very important to remove moisture as quickly as possible from your bathroom. Make sure your ventilation fan is working properly and is the proper capacity. Some molds can be very dangerous and should be removed by a professional.
