Clomid is a fertility drug used in women who do not ovulate properly. The advantagees of taking clomid are increased probability of ovulation and therefore conception. Other advantages are that it can be taken as a pill and not an injection and it's relatively inexpensive compared to other drugs.
Clomiphene, aka Clomid or Serophene, is used to induce ovulation in women who otherwise wouldn't ovulate. Common side effects include flushing, upset stomach, vomiting, headache & vaginal bleeding.
Advantage of clomid is it stimulates the release of hormone necessary for ovulation in those females who has the deficiency. Disadvantage is over use may cause nausea,headache,pelvic pain etc.
