It's an opiate withdrawal. Withdrawal symptoms occur within 12 hours of the last heroin usage or within 30 hours of last methadone dosage. Early symptoms include anxiety, agitation, insomnia, muscle aches, sweating, tearing, and a runny nose. As withdrawal progresses, symptoms include abdominal cramps, diarrhea, dilated pupils, nausea, and vomiting.
