Congestive Heart Failure in cats can include symptoms such as excessive fatigue, coughing and wheezing, acting as though it is having trouble breathing, weight loss, and rarely seizures may occur. Veterinarians would have to make a medical diagnosis, however, involving the use of x-rays and ultrasounds to determine the specific problem.
