Hatha yoga is simple exercises with gentle movements and is relaxing. The movements of ashtanga and power yoga are fast, remove poison and builds stamina. B.K.S.Iyengar's yoga technique makes a person hold his position, prevents injury and is most beneficial. Kundalini yoga encourages one to use physical exercise with breathing control.
