I believe all citrus plants are trees. There are orange trees, lime trees, lemon trees, tangerine trees, and grapefruit trees. Each of these listed above have many varieties. Most all citrus tree like warm sunny climates. Florida and California are the top two states in America that produce citrus fruit.

The different type of citrus plant are Citron, Grapefruit, Lemon, lime, Mandarin Orange, Shaddock, Sour Orange, Sweet Orange, Mediterranean Mandarin.
