Fatigue and headaches are usually caused by environmental stimuli and nutrition. Make sure you are drinking enough water. Also, make sure you do not have any carbon monoxide exposure, as these are classic symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning. Have your furnace checked if you suspect this might be the cause.

It could be a number of things. If you're a woman, you could be pregnant. Among the more common possibilities are lack of or too much sleep. Sleep habits can cause headaches and even oversleeping can make you feel tired. Also, lack of food is a large cause.
