The bridesmaid or maid of honor and Best man could exchange vows to the husband and wife. The parents of bride and groom could also exchange vows to the husband and wife. My favorite is the wife singing down the aisle, and husband joining in when she greets him where he stands. Sing to each other, then to the audience.

An unusual wedding vow would be by demonstration. I promise to catch you when you fall. Have the bride to stand in front of the groom, she falls back and he catches her in his arms.
