What are some tricks to better stamina?

Improving stamina in any sport requires you to work at a longer or harder pace than you are currently used to. Keeping good tabs on your performance can help you track your improvement over time. At your next training session add a degree of difficulty of 5-10%. Then work at that pace until you are comfortable, then increase again.

You need to slowly build up your training regime. At first, for example, if you are a runner, you may be running for as little as 10 minutes. After running 3-4 times per week, and slowly building up your times and intensity, you should be able to develop better stamina.

Like anything practice! Your body will eventually get used to the amount of workout (or stamina) you need, so I would jog, walk, bike, swim, row, or whatever it is that you do for a workout.

The best way to build stamina is to do lots of cardiovascular exercise. Increase both your time and the resistance a little every workout.
