Just pretend to be hairdressers, and take turns styling each other's hair. You could turn it into a competition by saying that whoever has given the best makeover at the end of the night wins some type of prize.
The most traditional is having everyone sit in a circle. You do the hair of the person in front of you. You can be as silly as you want to. Then when everyone is done you vote on who's is "best"
