A big favorite is Limbo a game where people try to get under an increasingly lowered horizontal pole. Another game would be a hula hoop competiton to see who can keep it spinning the longest.

"Hot Coconut" is a cool game. It's kind of like Hot Potato except with a coconut. "Bobbing for seashells" is another one. Basically you purchase a bunch of little plastic beach oriented floaties and do a "bob for apples" type thing. Also theres always the classic "limbo" game.

Some good games to play at a Luau party are The Limbo, a Hula Dance Contest, Coconut Pie in the Face if you don't meet up to the challenge given by your opposing partner on the opposite team. Play Hawaiian music in the background to add life to the party.

The best game for this is the Limbo. You can use a bamboo bar to be festive along with island music and tiki torches.
