Your best bet is to have meats (chicken, beef, etc) wrapped in taro leaves. Another good bet is mango or banana bread.

Hawaiian food is wonderful because it is usually so fresh. Make sure you serve a variety of fresh fruits the more unusual and tropical the better. Macadamias nuts are also classic Hawaiian fare are great in everything from chocolate to garlic powder. Don't forget a spit roasted pig, how could you get more Hawaiian then that?

Some traditional Hawaiian party foods consist of kalua pork, which is made by roasting a pig in an underground oven for several hours. Poi is another dish available at most Hawaiian parties. Poi is made by cooking and then mashing the roots of a taro plant with water until desired consistency is acheived. Pineapple and shrimp kebabs are also traditional.
