Should I get 24-inch rims?

No, 24s are a nice size, depending on the vehicle. On a sedan or coupe, that would most likely be way too big. But on an suv or truck, go for it. They would look nice inside the tires from far away looking at it. Aso, get shiny ones to attract attention.

There is no good reason to put anything bigger than probably a 18" inch rim on a vehicle. The bigger rims will not only look bad but will also kill your gas mileage as well as ruin the ride. Just spend your money in a decent sized quality rim and tire setup. They will look good and improve the drive-ability.

24- inch rims are an excellent size to put on your car. Even though I do not know the type of car you are talking about, it should be fine.
