No, only a dentist would do that. The emergency room is for emergencies otherwise it would be considered a surgery. A dental professional would need to take the tooth out for you. Go see a dentist and get an opinion form a professional.

Depending on the hospital and if they have a dentist on call. But if nothing else they could refer a dentist to you.
