You must clean the area well with soap and water and dry gently. You should then apply an antibacterial ointment and apply a covering such as a band aid. Do this daily and if it continues to ooze see your doctor.
A wound oozes as one way of cleaning and preventing infection. You can help this effort by using an over-the-counter topical antibiotic ointment, such as Neosporin or Polysporin, and covering it with a Band-Aid.
Scrape oozing could be healed by cleaning the cut or scrape with clean water and dry cloth or using adhesive bandages or ointments. The affected area has to be kept clean and dry.
