The brown sticky discharge could be a couple of things. One would be ear wax, which there are products at the pet store to help loosen it so it can be wiped out from the ear. Or it could be an infection and they should see the vet

The most common reason for ear discharge in cats is ear mites. Conversely, some cats may not react well to ear mite treatment and may develop the discharge as a reaction to the treatment. Only a vet could say for sure what the cause of the discharge is.

Most likely this is caused by ear mites; clean out her ears and apply ear mite medicine consistently until it goes away.
