There is it's made by Tinchilla, it hold one can and runs by two AA batteries. It chills your can in sixty seconds. Use just put some ice in it and you're good to go. They're hard to find now, but if you check some of the auction sites you should be able to find one.

I once saw on a youtube video that you can cool a can down in just seconds with ice and salt. Its amazing! I want to try it sometime.
