Is there any truth to the claims of over-the-counter diet pills?

They all sounds like miracle drugs.

Usually they merely contain diaretics that make your system flush out water and food that you consume, therefor causing colon problems later in life.

There is not truth to the claims of over-the-counter diet pills. The best way to loose weight is to eat healthy foods and exercise.

It's a tricky thing with these pills because most of them contain substances that can create addiction, can ruin you liver,your bone structure, your other internal organs. It might be better to go the classic way with this one.

If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. These pills for the most part do not work, and many have at best some side effects and at worst real health dangers.
