There is a spell checker for Outlook Express, but you probably need to download it. Try using a search engine to find it, and then you can download it.

Yes there is. When you are in the New Message box, look at the toolbar and it will give you some options send, cut, copy paste, undo, Check, and ABC SPELLING. You click on ABC Spelling and it will let you know if you have any spelling or grammatical errors.
