To my knowledge, there is no special kind of U.S. citizenship for anyone, including illegal aliens who are volunteer firefighters. So, I would answer 'no' to this question.
The U.S citizenship can not be given to any illegal trespasser without applying the law on him. In case he's an alien he must be studied before accepting him.
