Yes, it is worth going 100 miles to visit the Chattanooga Aquarium. It includes turtles, alligators, otters and freshwater fish. There is an IMAX theatre and riverboat ride, too.

The aquarium at Chattanooga has many things to offer that will make the trip worth it. an Imax 3D theater, river gorge tour (Fall colors tour is starting up), backstage VIP tours of the facility, penguins, If you are planning an overnight stay you can sleep in the aquarium next to the tanks. well worth the trip.

Chattanooga Aquarium is really worthy because of the presence of 10000 different animals and IMAX 3D movie theater with a six stories tall screen and River Gorge Explorer.

The Chattanooga Aquarium would be worth a 100 mile trip. It has so many unique animals that zoo's around my area do not offer.
