Yes a 1859 Austrian coin is worth some money. Any coin produce before 1900 tended to be made out of rarer metals and thus worth more than todays metal coins.

It depends on the heller and grade, 1 heller would be 1-12 dollars, 1 corona would be 1-120 dollars. Best bet is to take it to a coin shop.

It depends on the condition of the coin. An uncirculated coin will fetch more money than one which was involved in heavy circulation. Also, does the coin have any historical meaning attached to it. You can google it or check ebay for past sales of the coin.
