Yes, obviously! Ninety five percent of men are tired by shaving their sideburns. The reasons for your case may be hereditary or smoking or alopicia. But their is hair transplantation as solution for you. If you have bugs you can do it.

It is rare to have no hair under your chin for a male. You should see endocrinologist if you are older than 14 years.

Yes in rare cases some people don't have hairs under their chin. It depends on the hormones. At the sametime some ladies have hairs under their chin. If they shave it disappears for some days and again appears. For males its pretty to look and for females its ugly. There is no solution for this.
