I bought a livingroom set from them and it fell apart within 3 months and they refuse to exchange it or give me my money back. I heard a lot of bad things about them, but I was stupid enough to fall for their crappy ads.

For someone who has just bought a new home, Bob's is a good idea. It isn't incredibly high quality furniture, but it will do hwta you need it to.
