If we break up, what's some advice to get him to kiss me?

First of all, why would you want him to kiss you? Having said that, the most simple way is to just ask. It is unlikely that he would want to kiss you but there is nothing wrong with asking. Break ups have a lot of drama attached to them, lessen that by being reasonable.

If you broke up, you should not be kissing. If he broke up, it is either because he isn't into you anymore or he's being manipulative, which shouldn't be tolerated.
