You should consider taking an NSAID pain reliever, such as Aleve or Naproxen. NSAID pain relievers are Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs.

Probably need a type of relaxant medicine and stay in bed as much as you can until the in flamation is gone. Take your antibotics for sure.
