The pilot light is lit and the blower is working properly.

A couple more details would be helpful, is it a hot surface ignition, a true standing pilot, or a spark ignition? Is there an exhaust blower for the flue, and is there an electronic control board or just a relay?

If your has furnace is not really creating heat any longer you will probably need to purchase another one to fix the problem.
