I am using Dreamweaver and there are no scroll bars. Help?

One thing that can be done to fix many of the problems involving workspace in Dreamweaver and other Adobe development software is: 1. Go to top menu item "Window". 2. Search for item "workspace Layout". 3. Select item "Default". This will reset the workspace layout and should bring back your scroll bar.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe the Dreamweaver program window is exceeding the space of your monitor and that the scroll bars are cut off from view.
