I would assume this may be you mind telling you that you may be pregnant or become pregnant. If it was about a child you already have, maybe you are being told you need to let you child grow up (stop babying him/her)

If you are female then you are probably pregnant. Also, that may be a sign that you are questioning breastfeeding your child or children when they are born. Don't worry it is nothing.
