Well to be honest it depends on how much size you are looking to cover and what the molding is like. In most cases it can cover easily up to 100 feet. Sometimes it can cover more depending on how deep your surface is. It would easily work for up to 200 feet.
A bionaire fan can cover up to two hundred feet with no issues , but it depends on the size of the room you are putting it in . these fans are great my family has had one for over 2 years with no problems
