It depends on what percentage of your caloric intake should be coming from fats, and how many calories you need daily. A "moderate" diet is 25% fats. Since each fat gram yields 9 calories, if your total caloric intake needs to be 2000 calories/day, then you should eat 500 calories (25% of 2000) or 55g (500/9 cal/g) of fats.

For the average adult, no more than 20 grams of fat per day is recommended. However, the amount required will necessarily be lower for those with a sedentary lifestyle or who are prone to high cholesterol levels.

You do not need that much fat per day. You will get enough fat that you need to survive in a serving of chicken.
