Usually you have to miss more than one for them to take action to Repo. They have to fill out the proper paperwork in order to take the vehicle first. If you can not make the payment call the company and see if you can work out a different plan. Sometimes they help you so you can keep your car.

Once you miss your second payment they will send some threatening letters and take it shortly after your second payment was due. You should make your payment as soon as possible, even if it is only a portion.
