Plane speed depends on many factors. Firstly, top speed depends on the type of plane being flown, this will differ from plane to plane. Secondly, is the plane flying with or against the wind, a plane flying with the wind will fly significantly faster than one flying against the wind. That said, average plane speed is approximately 500mph.

The speed of planes depends on the kind of plane. The planes can travel any where from 80 mph to 600 mph. The smaller the plane obviously the slower the plane.

Well it depends on the type of aircraft. Smaller aircrafts go faster than bigger ones. They basically go about 600 miles per hour or so. They go faster depending on small.
