They are very cheap! i wouldn't see you paying over 30 dollars for the phone and the minutes. But they are also very junky.

The motorola tracfone that gives you double minutes for life can be purchased at RadioShack for $20. The lowest minutes you can purchase is $20 which gives you 120.

It depends on which phone you want. You can get a cheap, basic model for $20, which also comes with a 60 minute (1 hour) card. They also list one for $25 that comes with double minutes for life. This one is refurbished. However, it really depends on your area and what's available.
