You attach the hair diffuser onto your blow dryer and then place it directly to the roots of your hair and move the hair dryer in a circular motion. This adds volume to the hair. When hair is slightly wavy diffusers can help you get a natural, curly look.

A diffuser works on your hair by having a much gentler air pressure coming through it. It basically dries your hair without much pressure causing it to not move around.
