If you want unlock phone, you need to get special code. Some times you can find it just correctly using google. But I dont think it is good idea if you want to buy this codes. Best way if you cannot get code online it is go in phone repairing company.

A SIM restriction is used to prevent one from using the phone with other networks. Need a code to unlock the restrictions placed on your phone to be able to use it without risk of damage.

There are several sites online that will unblock them for a chargge if you send them the handset information. This will work for a normal service block, but won't work if there's a block on the phone for being sold after being stolen.
