How do you throw a masquerade party?

I think most people would enjoy a masquerade party because no matter your age they are fun. You could have a theme like tell your guests to dress as their favorite movie star or super hero or whoever. Ideas should be limitless. The invitations and decorations could go along with your chosen theme.
