Remove the belt from around the alternator keeping it in the same spot. Then remove the old alternator, then bolt your new one on and put your belt back on.

Take belt from around alternator and keep in same spot. Move old alternator out and install the new one in. Then gently put the belt back on in safe way.

Buy a car repair manuel and look up the repair needed. Then go the the auto parts store and buy a new alternator and take out the old one and replace it with the new.
