You can do it by installing and using most of the windows tweaking tools and programs that are on the market.If not,you can do it by editing the registry for windows xp as such(every windows version has a different way so this varies):run regedit.exe, search for the key "aedebug" and delete it-if you do though it will become permanently disabled.
