Well some companies offer insert that cab be insert in the exhaust to reduce the noise. Otherwise you will have to by a baffle kit or something to weld in to the system to reduce the sound. It might just be easier to replace the muffler or the whole system.

The best way is to replace the muffler(s) with a quieter design. Remove one of the mufflers, take it and the make, model to cycle dealers to find replacement options.
