How do you personalize gift baskets?

Pick out things they like according to their likes/hobbies/tastes for example; special interest magazines, special scents in candles/perfumes/lip gloss/hand creams/lip balms/etc., key ring, t-shirts plain or pics, candy/goodies/gum, fast food/store gift card, DVD/CD's, books, note pad/pens, calendars mini or big. I always play it safe and put in at least one costly/serious item and then surround it with fun stuff/goodies.

I make sure that the presentation is well done it fits on the personality of the person you are giving in, such as putting a caricature image of them.
