The following are the ingredients and directions to make one Amaretto Sour. To make two or more double or triple the amounts. 1 ounce Amaretto 2 ounces of Sour Mix Orange slice Ice Add ice to old fashion glass, pour Amaretto and sour mix in, stir gently , add orange slice.

Take two shots of amaretto mix with one shot of fresh lemon juice and add a couple of splashes of bitters. Pour into a thermos with ice, screw the lid on tight, and place ins a standard paint shaker for 60 seconds. pour intoa martini glass and serve.
