You can't 'make' anyone love you. Love is many things. It starts with chemistry and attraction. Also, if two people have a lot of the same interests, love can follow.

If you really like the girl, then you should tell her. You should give her everthing, treat her like she is a diamond, and most importantly respect her. if she don't like then be paintences because you never what can happen!

Love is an amzing feeling, a feeling that you can't force upon a person. But if I were you I would show her my feelings, show her you're not like every other smug loser in the world. By doing this you'll catch her eye! :)
