First , you will have to install the pillars. They could be of any material like wood etc, then attach hooks to them. After that, put the chain on it and you should be set.
First make pillars either of concrete, steel or iron and spread them in equal intervals. Make hooks on pillars as needed depending on the height of the fence. The chain can be installed and attached to the hooks of columns.
