The air compressor should be charging all the time off the alternator in your car. The wires are probably loose. Reattach and run the car to charge.

I'm not really sure how you charge a air compressor. I generates air itself and shouldn't need to be charged. If it doesn't work replace it.

you need to make sure it is running r134a first you need to buy a set of gauges. Hook up the gauges to the low pressure side indicated by blue in most makes. then hook up your can to the yellow hose.

you simply plug the air compressor into your cigerett lighter, with your car running. and your air compressor should start charging. you also may have to turn the comressor on

let the local mechanic look at it. you have to use gages to charge the system. if you do not have gages, you do not know the pressure.

To replace the air compressor on a Sable you will need to get under the hood. Then you can replace the compressor.
