If you're not an outstanding athlete, bust your butt in the classroom. Straight A's is a must. Get into National Honor Society and have other extra curriculars. Volunteer outside of school. And rock out the ACT and SAT scores. Sounds like a lot, but it's really not. Good luck.

The best way to get a full ride scholarship is to work hard in high school. Scholarship committees look at several factors when considering applicants including grades, extra-curriculars, and race/ethnicity.

Getting a full ride scholarship can be done through excellence in academics or in sports. Each school sets its own criteria. You can also fund your education through a loans.
