How do you find the different digital scanner frequencies?

You typically have two choice. The easiest way is to look online for a list of used channels online. Sometime people list frequencies they find and someone may have a list for your area. Your second option is to use the scan function to search for used channels. Then record or program them.

Since each area has different codes and frequencies and the uses are all different i would suggest that you first decide what you are looking to monitor or scan. If you are simply looking to scan police calls, for instance you can look for websites that offer you their local codes, the same for all other inquiries you may have.

Well the common scanner frequencies will vary depending on where you live. You can go online and look for a list of frequencies. Otherwise if you scanner has it simply scan for frequencies and save them.
