Cash flow is the amount of money you have coming in whether it is a business or for personal means. Sometimes this may be the amount after your expenses are deducted.

Cash flow is a way to define a company or individual's wealth by means of determining how much money is coming in versus how much is going out in the way of expenses. The amount of money that is left over after payments and expenses are deducted is considered that company's cash flow. This can apply to individuals as well.
