I think you will achieve amazing results with the type of cleaner that is intended to be used in automatic dishwashers. I prefer a liquid version, but you can make it up with the powder, one cup to a bucket of water and scrub. Make sure to use gloves and rinse as it is caustic to skin.

Using white vinegar and water in a spray bottle works well. Just spray on the surface an wipe with a soft cloth, preferably terry cloth material. I have used this method for several years.

The tile may be stained and the grout moldy. The best thing to use is diluted bleach and a large clean sponge and brush. Rinse with hot water.

Porcelain tile can be cleaned with an alkaline or acidic cleaner. Using a right angle grinder with a scotch-brite pad on it with an acidic cleaner should do it.
